INTRODUCTORY OFFERS & Opening special

  • Our introductory offers and opening special are available for a one-time purchase for new clients only, and are limited to one per person.

  • Introductory Offers or opening special will be valid for specified terms. The term of the Introductory Offer or opening special will commence on the date of your first visit.

  • No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of any Introductory Offer or opening special due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

  • If clients are found to be purchasing the introductory offer or opening special more than once, Bendi reserves the right to suspend the use of this class pack and charge any additional class costs that may have incurred. 

  • Introductory offers and opening specials are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be used by one individual.

class packs

  • 1 Class casual drop in: Your 1 class expires in 6 months from the date of purchase. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the 1 Class Pass due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

  • 5 Class Pack: All five class passes expire in 6 months of the first class that you attend after your purchase of the pass. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the 5 Class Pass due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

  • 10 Class Pack: All ten class passes expire in 6 months of the first class that you attend after your purchase of the pass. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the 10 Class Pass due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

  • Class packs are intended for use by one individual only and cannot be shared.

memberships

  • All Bendi memberships have a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. After this period, your membership will automatically renew unless you request cancellation via email to studio@bendipilates.com

  • 7 days notice is required for all membership cancellations.

  • All memberships will be debited weekly from your nominated credit card or bank account via our third party biller.

  • Memberships may be subject to price increase but will be communicated in writing four weeks prior to any change.

  • Weekly Auto Pay Memberships can be suspended for minimum 1 week and maximum of 8 weeks via email to studio@bendipilates.com. (Memberships can be suspended for a maximum 8 weeks per year.) Please allow 72 hours to process membership suspensions.  

  • Failed membership payments will incur a $10 fee for every day the payment fails to process. This fee will be processed as a debit on the clients Momence account which will be processed with the membership payment. 

  • If an auto debit cannot be processed for any reason, Bendi reserves the right to attempt payment at any time after the due date once sufficient funds are available in your account. A fee of $10 will be applied for each day a payment fails to process.

CANCELLATIONS

  • All cancellations must be cancelled through our online booking system at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made by phone, email, social media, or other methods will not be accepted. You can cancel your booking via the Momence app or online portal under the "Bookings" section.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Early Cancel: Cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid forfeiting the session.

  • Late Cancel: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will result in forfeiting the session.

  • No Show: If you do not attend a class you’ve booked, the session will be forfeited.

  • By booking online you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.

waitlists

  • If the class you would like to attend at the studio is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist.

  • If a spot becomes available more than 12 hours prior to the class start time, the first person on the class waitlist will notified and automatically be added to the class.

  • If a spot becomes available less than 12 hours prior to the class start time, an SMS will be sent to everyone on the waitlist and the person to reply and confirm will be added to the class.

health and safety

  • Medical Advisory: Participation in exercise sessions at Bendi is at your own risk. Please disclose any health concerns and seek medical advice if necessary. Staff at Bendi Limited are not medically trained and are therefore not qualified to evaluate clients' physical conditions or determine their suitability for participation in classes. Clients are strongly advised to consult with a healthcare professional if they have any doubts regarding their ability to engage in our offerings without risk to their health, safety, comfort, or physical well-being.

    Limitation of Liability: Bendi Limited will not be held liable for personal injury or loss, except as mandated by law.

    Pregnancy and Postnatal Care: Clients who are pregnant or postnatal are required to obtain clearance from a healthcare provider, including a doctor, lead maternity carer, or women’s health physiotherapist, before attending Reformer Pilates sessions at Bendi Limited.

    Socks Policy: Grip socks are mandatory for all participants to ensure safety and maintain hygiene.

    Children in the Studio: Children are not permitted in the studio except during designated classes.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information from you, including information about your: Name, mobile number, billing address, purchase information, date of birth and email.

  • We collect your personal information to provide our services. We keep your information safe by encrypting credit card numbers using industry-standard technology.

  • We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, troubleshoot problems with your account, resolve a dispute, collect fees or monies owed, poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, send updates about our studio, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce these Terms and Conditions, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

  • You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is incorrect. If you would like to request a copy of your information or have it corrected, please contact us at studio@bendipilates.com.
